We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with experience in B2B environments being highly advantageous.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions using CRM software, including Salesforce.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and improve conversion rates.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to assist in refining sales strategies.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for tracking customer interactions.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
