Position Overview:
As a Telesales Executive at Morgan & Morgan, you will be a key member of our sales team, playing a pivotal role in generating new business by identifying and qualifying prospects. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing team to provide a consistent flow of leads into the sales pipeline. This is an exciting role with opportunities for future career progression within the business.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify prospective clients and understand their needs.
Engage with potential clients through outbound prospecting, including calls, emails and LinkedIn.
Qualify leads and ensure they meet the criteria to be a sales qualified lead.
Schedule meetings for senior sales representatives and ensure they are prepared for discussions with the prospect.
Build and maintain a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Regularly review progress and adjust outreach strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM software.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company services, and industry trends
Skills & Experience:
A willingness to learn and develop.
Happy to "pick up the phone" and engage with prospects.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently to meet targets.
