We are currently seeking a

driven and results-focused Salesperson

to join our growing team. This role is specifically aimed at

converting warm leads generated through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads

into loyal clients.

Position Summary



As a Salesperson at Sultan Lloyd Solicitors, your primary responsibility will be to follow up on and convert leads generated through our digital advertising campaigns. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, requiring a deep understanding of

Family Law

and the ability to communicate our value with empathy and confidence.

This is an ideal role for someone with proven sales ability in a legal environment, particularly within

Family Law

, and a strong track record of turning interest into client engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Promptly follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads and Google Ads. Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their needs and explain our services. Clearly and confidently communicate the benefits of working with Sultan Lloyd Solicitors. Convert qualified leads into booked consultations or signed clients. Collaborate closely with legal teams to ensure a seamless handover and onboarding process. Maintain accurate records of lead status, communications, and outcomes using our CRM system. Consistently achieve and exceed conversion targets and KPIs.

Qualifications



Previous experience in Family Law is essential.

Proven success in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. Strong understanding of lead conversion strategies, especially from digital marketing sources. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently. Experience using CRM systems and digital tools for client management.
