Telesales Executive

Location:

Remote (with first-day induction at our Head Office in Lincoln, LN6 3TA)

Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday, flexible working possible)

Salary:

24,375 per annum + commission (realistic OTE ~35,000)

Telesales Executive

to join our team and help us spread the dairy-powered goodness even further.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Cold calling

(we know, but someone's got to do it--and you're great at it) Winning over

multi-academy trusts

and

nursery groups

Turning one school sale into many through savvy follow-ups Hitting and exceeding your

sales targets

like the legend you are Managing the sale cycle like a pro, not a robot Working with our awesome team across departments Occasionally helping during our back-to-school rush (yes, it's a thing)
This isn't about hard selling. It's about smart selling--and knowing how to build trust, ask the right questions, and show people why we're the best.

Who You Are

You have experience in

telesales, cold calling

or

sales

You don't flinch at cold calling--you thrive on it You've got the gift of the gab and a voice people like to hear You're confident, charming, and resilient You multitask like it's an Olympic sport You're a team player You know your way around MS Office systems You don't crack under pressure--you actually get sharper
