About The Opportunity:
We're expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive the growth of our innovative SaaS platform. In this role, you'll be tasked with booking qualified meetings for our sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone and motivated by opening doors and making connections.
Please note: This role is based on-site in our Livingston office, five days a week.
Requirements
Outbound prospecting: Research and identify businesses currently using Starlink through other resellers or providers.
Initial contact: Use cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to introduce our SaaS platform.
Qualify leads: Ask the right questions to uncover pain points and determine fit, passing on high-quality leads to BDMs.
Book meetings: Secure discovery calls or demos for the sales team with engaged and relevant prospects.
CRM management: Log all activity, track progress, and keep lead data up to date in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales team and marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
Market insight: Share feedback from conversations to help improve outreach and refine product messaging.
Learn and grow: Stay up to date with developments in satellite connectivity, SaaS, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For:
A self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn about Starlink and our SaaS product
Organised and detail-oriented with solid time management
Experience in a similar SDR, telesales, or lead generation role is a bonus--but not essential
