About You



We are looking for a

Multi Lingual Inbound Telesales Executive

at Kayana. You will play a vital role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction by closing sales and supporting other team members. This position is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional service and ensuring our customers have access to the best products available.

You will be a driven individual keen to benefit from our commission structure, with exceptional phone etiquette and a talent for closing sales.

Responsibilities



Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and inquiries promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and remove barriers to closing Understand the products and suggest best products to suit the business needs. Lead other team members to drive sales. Exceed sales targets and strive to close every sale. Administration tasks include creating quotes and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Use your experience to support and coach junior members of our sales team. Collaborate with our development and customer support teams to address client pain points.

Requirements



2+ years sales experience. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Portuguese is a plus. Familiarity with CRM software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
