As we continue to grow, we're searching for energetic Telesales Executives eager to make their mark and develop their sales career with us.

What You'll Be Doing



You'll be the front line of our operation -- sparking interest, building real connections, and securing high-quality leads and appointments that fuel our growth.

Proactively making outbound B2B calls to warm and cold prospects in SME and large corporate businesses, opening doors and creating new opportunities Building rapport and asking insightful, targeted questions to uncover genuine business needs Communicating our telecom services with confidence and clarity, showing exactly how we can add value Handling objections with a positive, professional attitude and the resilience to keep conversations moving forward Qualifying prospects and booking high-quality appointments for our wider sales team to convert into long-term clients Managing your pipeline with energy and focus, ensuring every opportunity is followed up and maximised Keeping detailed and accurate records of all calls, conversations, and key insights in the CRM Collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and seamless handover of leads Working towards achievable KPIs that reward genuine conversations, meaningful engagement, and real results -- not just call volume

What We're Looking For



We're looking for a motivated, confident communicator who's ready to make an impact. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

B2B Outbound sales or telesales experience

- you're confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with business decision-makers

A great phone manner and strong communication skills

- clear, professional, and able to build rapport quickly

Ambition and a proactive mindset

- driven to grow with the business and take ownership of your success

Resilience and positivity

- able to handle objections and bounce back with energy and focus

Strong questioning and listening skills

- to understand business needs and qualify leads effectively

Good organisation and CRM skills

- able to manage your pipeline and keep accurate, up-to-date records
