We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. This is a crucial role responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships within the NHS and private healthcare sectors across the UK. You will be instrumental in promoting MGC Medical's comprehensive range of products and services, engaging with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Proactively make approximately
400 outbound calls per month
to NHS trusts, hospitals, clinics, GP practices, and other healthcare organisations across the UK to identify new business opportunities.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and understanding of client needs.
Pipeline Management:
Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact through to closed deals, using our CRM system.
Product Promotion:
Effectively present and articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of MGC Medical's products and services to prospective and existing clients.
Relationship Building:
Develop strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the healthcare sector.
Needs Analysis:
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Quote Generation:
Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Achieve Targets:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs (e.g., call volume, conversion rates, revenue).
Market Intelligence:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and NHS procurement policies to inform sales strategies.
CRM Utilisation:
Accurately record all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the wider sales team, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Skills & Experience:
Proven Telesales Experience:
Minimum of [e.g., 2-3] years of successful telesales experience, ideally within the B2B sector.
NHS/Healthcare Sector Knowledge:
Demonstrable understanding of the NHS structure, procurement processes, and key stakeholders is highly desirable. Experience selling into the healthcare sector is a significant advantage. Desirable but not essential.
Exceptional Communication:
Outstanding verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive telephone manner.
Active Listening:
Strong active listening skills to identify customer needs and pain points.

IT Proficiency:
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., salesforce, intact,) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
