A position has become available in our fast paced, vibrant call centre based at our Oldham dealership.
The position consists of, but is not limited to:
Processing all incoming sales leads in a timely manner across all three sites
To qualify each customer over the telephone ensuring all key information is obtained
Prospecting of existing customers in order to generate new business using several different systems
Appointing of customers at the earliest opportunity
Following up previous appointments to feed back to the Sales Team if a customer didn't purchase a vehicle
Regular contact with new and existing customers throughout
Building a positive rapport with the internal sales teams
Achieving targets set
The candidate must be proactive, confident and comfortable on the telephone, previous sales experience is necessary. Must also have good computer skills and be able to use different systems.
We are offering a basic salary of 24,000 with OTE of 40, 000, it will be a 40 hour week and we can be flexible in setting the preferred days/ times.
