Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales? We're looking for a motivated Outbound Telesales Operative to join our growing team in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building rapport, hitting targets, and delivering excellent customer service.effectively.

Role consists of making outbound B2B calls, providing information on our service with the goal of booking online demonstrations.

Responsibilities

Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills 3 years previous telesales or customer service experience essential Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and able to work part-time hours

Qualifications

Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or related roles is preferred Excellent verbal communication skills in English Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously Exceptional interpersonal skills with a persuasive yet professional approach Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in telemarketing or sales roles will be considered an asset
