Overview


Do you have the drive to sell high-demand security solutions to the UK's construction and public sectors?

We're one of the UK's fastest-growing suppliers of perimeter security products - from bollards and barriers to commercial fencing and access control equipment. Our customers include national builders' merchants, major suppliers, and local authority procurement teams. As we expand our reach, we're looking for a high-energy telesales executive to win new business and grow existing accounts.

Duties



Making outbound calls to merchants, distributors, contractors, and councils to sell our range of perimeter security products. Winning new accounts and growing our brand presence across the UK construction and public sector. Building long-term relationships with key buyers and procurement managers. Managing a pipeline and achieving targets with the support of strong logistics and reliable stock. Using CRM tools to log, track, and develop opportunities.

Requirements



Proven experience in b2b telesales or sales is essential, preferably in the construction industry. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to sell to senior buyers, site managers, and public sector procurement teams. Familiarity with CRM software Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections. A positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges. Strong negotiation skills and a natural drive to close. Self-motivation, organisation, and a commitment to hitting goals.

Pay: 26,075.00-30,000.00 per year
