In this role, you'll be responsible for both outbound and inbound cold calling, engaging with new prospects and existing clients alike, and effectively closing sales over the phone. Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and polite phone manner.
Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
Basic proficiency in computer skills for data entry and familiarity with CRM software.
Motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of one year experience in customer service or telemarketing is required
