We are looking for a Telesales Professional to join our London Silvertown team. This is a pivotal role in our sales function - connecting with decision-makers, creating high-quality opportunities, and helping us achieve our ambitious 10m+ new business growth agenda
What You'll Be Doing
Hunting for opportunities - proactively sourcing and qualifying new leads through outbound calls, digital outreach, and CRM follow-up
Creating value - researching target organisations, identifying decision-makers, and tailoring conversations that open the door to meaningful partnerships
Building the pipeline - booking high-quality meetings for our Business Development Managers and maintaining a steady flow of prospects
Owning smaller wins - converting transactional opportunities directly and supporting quotations with our technical sales team
Collaborating with the best - working closely with BDMs, sharing insights, and ensuring seamless handover of qualified leads
Representing our brand - delivering professional, customer-focused engagement that reflects RHG's values and ESG commitments
What We're Looking For
Proven B2B telesales, inside sales, or lead generation experience
Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated
Organised and tech-savvy, with solid experience using CRM systems and Microsoft 365
A self-starter who thrives in a high-activity, results-focused role
Bonus points if you bring knowledge of relocation, workplace services, or ESG-led sales approaches
