Summary

We are seeking 2 Telemarketers to join our dynamic team at No Fuss IT Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our managed IT services, and helping to drive sales growth. This position is crucial in establishing relationships and enhancing our customer base.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our managed IT services. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events. Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing or sales roles is preferred. Strong communication skills. Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, is beneficial. Ability to engage with clients professionally and persuasively. Demonstrated ability to meet targets and work independently.
