We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team at our Warrington Head Office. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales and build customer relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This is an office-based role that requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-focused approach. The candidate's success will be reflected in their package and bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products, explain features and benefits, and secure sales.
Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through research and networking, and qualify them to determine their suitability for our products.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products to effectively answer customer queries.
Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and explore additional sales opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Market Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Experience in the food service industry is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone. Ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin would be an advantage.
Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close deals effectively.
Customer Focus: A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet targets.
Technology Proficiency: Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Resilience: High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
