Overview

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Telesales Executives to join our expanding team. Experience in the double glazing industry is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating sales through effective communication. All sales leads are supplied. This role requires a strong ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services. Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication. Utilise CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up on leads generated through telemarketing efforts. Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine marketing strategies. Achieve daily and weekly targets for sales made.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English. Must have a bouncy and bubbly personality. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
