Role Overview



We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented

Telesales & Lead Generation Executive

to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role involves making 30-50 outbound calls per day to generate leads, book appointments, and schedule CPD sessions, lunch & learns, and other client engagements.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective clients. Research and identify potential leads and decision-makers within target companies. Book appointments for the sales team, including CPD sessions and lunch & learns. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the appropriate sales personnel. Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and appointments.

Requirements



Proven experience in telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong research skills and ability to identify key contacts within organizations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Desirable Skills



Experience in B2B sales or technical industries. Knowledge of CPD programs and professional development initiatives. Ability to adapt messaging to different industries and client needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
