As an

Outgoing Telesales Representative

, you will be the first point of contact between Energy Saving Guru Ltd and potential customers. You'll make outbound calls to businesses, promoting our products and services and qualifying leads. This role is ideal for someone with great communication skills, a persuasive attitude and a people person.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services. Identify customer needs and match them with the best product solutions. Generate and qualify leads through outbound campaigns and follow-up calls. Meet and exceed team sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system. Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company with professionalism. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, and potential improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in telesales, call centre, or energy sector sales preferred (but training will be provided) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and energetic. Strong negotiation skills. Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM software. Passion for helping customers save money on energy bills. Ability to work independently and as part of a motivated team.
