Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Telesales Manager to lead, mentor, and drive performance within our telesales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering a high-performing sales culture. This role is crucial in expanding our customer base and ensuring the continued growth of our business in the competitive telecommunications market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct business-to-business outbound lead generation through cold-calling.
Book appointments for sales representatives to provide proposals.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Motivate and inspire the team through effective communication, coaching methods, incentives and developing a positive culture and environment
Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance against KPIs and targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Criteria For Application:
Minimum 3+ years in a Telesales Manager or similar leadership role within the telecommunications , software or technology industries.
Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills with the ability to build and inspire and grow a high-performing sales team.
Must have a strong commercial acumen and understanding of performance metrics.
