We provide structured and intelligent datasets for strategic estates management, including 2D CAD Floor Plans, 3D BIM, and Pupil Capacity Analysis. Our data-driven solutions help Schools, Trusts, and Local Authorities optimise estate planning, admissions, and capital funding applications.
We are looking for a motivated self-driven Telesales Manager to join our friendly sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and management skills, be client focused, and able to work well in a team environment. We want a proven and people orientated manager that can drive team performance.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role is to motivate a team of Telesales Representatives to locate opportunities within the existing customer database.
Supported by the Sales Manager, you will contribute to the sales pipeline by leading a team to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients to upsell services through regular communication. Your responsibility is to ensure your team:
Contact existing and potential clients via telephone to discuss/introduce them to our services
Identify current estates data position and discuss the features and benefits of our services
Respond to client enquiries and refer to appropriate person/team as required
Maintain accurate records of all sales leads, deals won, and client account activity
Onboard new clients and communicate progress of projects
Requirements
Proven management experience in a sales environment
Confident and professional telephone etiquette
IT literate
Proven organisational skills
