Freelance Telesales Coordinator

to join our team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated individual to drive our outreach efforts by contacting schools and educational institutions. This role focuses on cold calling and following up with leads to promote our educational programs. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a proactive attitude and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to schools and educational institutions to introduce our programs and services. Follow up on warm leads via phone and email to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and follow-ups. Identify new opportunities to expand our reach and grow our client base. Meet and exceed weekly call and lead generation targets. In addition (but not essential) is managing our social media platforms.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer outreach (experience within the education sector is a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional approach. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets. Strong organisational skills to track and follow up on leads systematically. Familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.
