We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable using telemarketing techniques to achieve sales targets. Experience of the Security guarding business is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
Utilise Salesforce software to manage customer information and track interactions.
Engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers, addressing their needs and answering queries.
Maintain a positive attitude while handling objections and rejections professionally.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies.
Record detailed notes of each call in the system for future reference.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous calls.
Qualifications
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers over the phone.
A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
