Job Overview:
Reporting directly to our Commercial Manger you will assist with answering telephones, taking and processing sales orders and other office duties
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Organise and maintain physical and digital files efficiently
- Utilise Sage 50 Accounts & Payroll for basic accounting tasks
- Conduct data entry accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Computerise documents and reports for easy access
- Manage office supplies and inventory levels
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally with proper phone etiquette
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts for basic accounting functions
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures
- Ability to computerize documents for efficient record keeping
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
