We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Operative to join our dynamic sales team. You'll be responsible for contacting warm and cold leads., promoting our products/services, and converting enquiries into successful sales. Key Responsibilities
*Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
*Present, promote and explain products/services clearly and confidently
*Build strong customer relationships and maintain a positive company image
*Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
*Follow up on leads effectively
*Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximise opportunities
What we are looking for
*Previous telesales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
*Excellent communication and listening skills
*Confidence in handling objections and closing sales
*Self-motivated with a positive attitude
*Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
*Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems (training provided)
Ideal hours would be between 4pm - 8pm
Work from home or work from the office
Between 15-25 per lead
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
