3 days a week / 4-5 hours per shift

Between 10-15 per lead
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Operative to join our dynamic sales team. You'll be responsible for contacting warm and cold leads., promoting our products/services, and converting enquiries into successful sales. If you enjoy speaking to people and thrive in a target-driven environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
*Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
*Present, promote and explain products/services clearly and confidently
*Build strong customer relationships and maintain a positive company image
*Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
*Follow up on leads effectively
*Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximise opportunities
What we are looking for
*Previous telesales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
*Excellent communication and listening skills
*Confidence in handling objections and closing sales
*Self-motivated with a positive attitude
*Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
*Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems (training provided)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Waltham Cross EN8 8NJ
