Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming client calls and enquiries with professionalism and empathy
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads or promote services (where applicable)
Provide accurate information about our legal services (training will be provided)
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for solicitors and caseworkers
Maintain up-to-date client records using internal systems
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
Support general front desk and administrative duties
What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A confident and polite telephone manner
Previous experience in a telesales, customer service, or reception role preferred
Good organisational and multitasking abilities
A proactive, positive attitude and strong work ethic
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
