As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers on behalf of our clients. You'll introduce products and services, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service -- all while helping to drive campaign performance and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers as part of ongoing marketing campaigns
Present client products and services clearly and confidently
Build rapport quickly and maintain a professional and engaging phone manner
Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback effectively
Record accurate customer information and responses in the system
Meet daily and weekly performance goals, including call volume and conversions
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve results

Ability to handle objections and remain positive under pressure
Prior experience in a call centre or telesales role is a bonus, but not essential
