Tele Sales Representative
to join the team.
As part of our
Business Development
team, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to businesses across the UK
Engaging decision-makers
Booking appointments for our workplace consultants
Building rapport with clients
Keeping CRM records updated
Supporting the Business Development team & reviewing targets
What We're Looking For:
Previous telesales or outbound calling experience (preferred)
Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking with business owners or directors
Motivated by targets and commission
Organised, positive, and a team player
Someone who can bring a bit of personality to the role
