We are seeking a highly motivated and results orientated warranty telesales representative to join our dyanamic telesales team based in Guiseley, Leeds

As Telesales Representative - warranties, you will be part of that mission, you'll build relationships and influence, working with warm leads with a view to securing warranty package sales.

You will be the welcoming voice of Stiltz Homelifts and ...

Developing and managing your own leads: identify and canvass customers within our existing leads database through pro-active self-diarising and lead management. Analyse system generated lead reports, uncover valuable sales opportunities. Follow up on leads generated by our Senior Warranty Sales Representatives, closing deals and exceeding expectations. Utilise your excellent communication skills to negotiate and close sales on extended warranty packages. Build strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and challenges. Ensuring customer satisfaction by proactively reporting any outstanding product related issues to our Service & Breakdown department, demonstrating exceptional customer service.

This Telesales role is perfect for you if you:

Enjoy connecting with people and building rapport. Hold a proven track-record in a similar B2C telesales environment. Strong sales acumen and proven negotiation/closing skills. Thrive in a competitive environment and driven to exceed goals. Have excellent listening skills and can readily understand customer needs. Able to prioritise tasks effectively.

The role of Telesales Representative is fully office based Mon - Fri and located within our Consumer Sales team in Guiseley (LS20 8LG), Leeds.
