Telesales Representative
professionals who thrive in a sale environments and are passionate about bringing high-speed broadband to customers. If you have a background in
Telesales
and are eager to make a real impact, this role is perfect for you.
B2C telesales background, ideally gained in the broadband sector.
Strong direct outbound sales experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, via telephone, email, and face to face.
A commercial mindset, able to build sales strategies in line with our business goals.
A strong track record of converting prospects into customers.
Able to monitor own performance via statistical reporting and evaluation.
To be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customers
A clear telephone voice and good telephone manner are essential.
Your key responsibilities will be...
Work with your manager and colleagues to build an appropriate sales strategy to maximise opportunities from FullFibre's network builds.
Execute your sales plan by making outbound calls to residences and converting prospects to customers.
Hit and exceed targets and KPIs for your team, in line with our business goals.
Take part in all necessary training and coaching to ensure that you are fully versed in our products and business goals.
Partner with your manager and Field Sales Executives to ensure maximum conversion of sales opportunities, leaving no stone unturned.
Monitor and review your own performance, reporting your monthly statistics to management.

Base salary between 28,000 to 30,000 depending on experience plus commission.
