Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. This job includes taking customers orders via telephone and inputting the orders onto our bespoke software computer system. Answering phones and dealing with the customers queries.

Key Skills needed for this role



Excellent customer service & computer skills (Microsoft Office, CANVA, Mailchimp etc.). Ability to engage with our customers via telephone and customer facing (No cold calling required) Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills, ensuring a positive experience. Inputting customers orders via our bespoke software computer system. Schedule, post and monitor content across out social media platforms. . Able to produce and advertise company promotional events e.g. open evenings

Requirements



A willingness to complete relevant training course provided by our suppliers and for your own continuing professional development. Strong attention to detail. Good organisational skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work. Ability to work well in a team. You will also be required to provide some administration support in our busy office environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
