Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Temporary)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Overview:
We're currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our client's friendly team in Swinton on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in fabulous offices for a great company, providing first-class service to residents and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from residents in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all queries are dealt with efficiently and empathetically.
Manage challenging or sensitive calls with patience and professionalism.
Accurately record call details and outcomes on the internal system.
Support the team with general administrative duties as required.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies at all times.
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in a customer service or call-handling role.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with good administrative ability.
Calm, patient, and able to manage challenging situations effectively.
Confident using computer systems and updating records accurately.
Reliable, professional, and able to start immediately.
