Job Type: Temporary with the potential for Permanent

Salary: \xc2\xa327,000 basic + Quarterly Bonuses and Targets OTE: \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa350,000

Payment Structure: 75% paid on exchange, 25% paid on completion

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join their team in Hampshire. This role starts as a temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving property sales, meeting quarterly targets, and delivering outstanding customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and maximise quarterly bonuses.
  • Work on a rota basis, including 1 weekend off in 4, to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Drive or have access to a car to travel to properties and client meetings.
  • Maintain a professional appearance with the provided uniform and claim mileage expenses.
