About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Temporary Administrator to join a busy and friendly construction company based in Clifton, Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling invoicing tasks using existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices accurately using the company's invoicing system
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide general administrative support to the team
Liaise with internal staff and external contacts as required
Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Manage your workload effectively both independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction industry
Proficient in using invoicing systems
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available for an immediate start
