The Temporary Customer Order Processor will play a key role completing administrative tasks which provide an important link between the team and customers, as well as internal departments, to ensure the Company delivers an excellent customer experience and achieves objectives.

The responsibilities of the Temporary Customer Order Processor will include but not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Processing customer orders and quotations
  • Data input into system
  • Sending invoicing and order acknowledgement to customers

The successful candidate for the Temporary Customer Order Processor role will have:
  • Effective in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience within customer sales administration/customer service, particularly with data cleansing
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Immediately available
