Working one the UK\xe2\x80\x99s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Service team.

This challenging role includes processing customer orders and generating tenders associated with a busy service, repair and warranty department.

You will

• Maintain customer satisfaction whilst accurately processing incoming orders
• Ensure correct equipment selection to satisfy customer requirements and generate quotations with timescales
• Ensure maintaining profitable sales
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, management and internal departments
• Manage returned parts
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Effectively manage own workload
• Maintain accurate electronic records
• Adhere to company processes and procedures
• Identify training needs to carry out job function efficiently and safely

Also

• Be flexible to the requirements of the business
• Observe and maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
• Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ TRAINING

• Technically minded Good standard of English and Maths
• Ability to work flexibly
• Team player
• Strong prioritisation skills, ability to manage own workload

• Strong personal attributes to deal with all types of enquiry
• Prepared to learn new skills

You recieve * Flexibility to work contracted hours over 4 days, subject to workload and managers discretion

• 30 days holiday (including statutory) rising to 33 days after one year\'s service and beginning of next calendar year
• Auto enrolment pension. Initial 5% employee contribution, after 3 year\'s service employer will fund employee contribution.
• After a qualifying period; private health care (taxable), critical illness cover and death in service cover
• Full training will be given for all roles
