Temporary Estimator/sales Co Ordinator
Job Description
Atlas Aluminium is a leading manufacturer of high quality glazed rooflights, windows, doors and conservatories in aluminium. The company now has a vacancy for a Temporary Estimator/Sales Co-Ordinator in their office based in Craigavon, Co Armagh, for a fixed period of 12 months.
The role involves preparing quotes on a variety of projects within the Quoting Department and supporting the field Sales Team.
The successful candidate will become the point of reference within the Estimating Department for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing information on Customer's quotes.
Responsibilities
Quoting lantern and conservatory roofs using inhouse software, which carries the responsibility to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of quotes with a 48hr period.
Maintaining accurate logs of daily quoting data on various software packages.
Liaising with customers to gather design and specification information to ensure accurate quoting.
Chasing customers to close sales, when jobs have been quoted.
Answering incoming calls within the Estimating/Sales Department.
Perform phone surveys to document feedback from the Atlas customer base.
Requirements
Well organised and responsible.
Must have good communication skills, be able to liaise with internal departments and external customers.
A team player with a high dedication and ability to work under pressure.
Have the ability to work simultaneously on different projects.
Computer literacy - Excel, Word, Outlook.
Passionate, motivated and a hardworking ethos.
Full training will be provided.
