Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities crucial to our IT infrastructure, including:

Stock Management: Oversee the inventory of hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, mobile phones, and cables, ensuring everything is accounted for and readily available. Imaging and Builds: Handle the imaging and builds of PCs and laptops, guaranteeing immediate availability of equipment to meet operational demands. Mobile Telephony Setup: Assist in setting up and configuring mobile telephones, ensuring seamless communication for our team. DOA Testing: Conduct DOA (Dead on Arrival) testing for all received hardware to maintain the quality and reliability of our IT assets. Ordering and Loan Management: Manage the ordering of IT consumables and oversee the booking-in and out of loan equipment, keeping everything organised and efficient.

Role Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be currently studying an IT or Computer Science degree Possess a solid foundation in Maths and English (GCSE grade C or above). Proficiency in Microsoft Packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential for success in this role.
