Are you passionate about culinary arts and inspiring the next generation of chefs? As part of our commitment to respond quickly to the needs of our students, we are seeking motivated and knowledgeable professionals to join our bank of temporary Chef Lecturers.

As a Chef Lecturer, you will:

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with current curriculum standards. Support and guide students to achieve their full potential. Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes. Maintain professional expertise and engage in ongoing development.

What We're Looking For:

SCQF Level 6 qualification or equivalent (e.g., SVQ 3 in a relevant subject, 706 C&G Qualification, or equivalent level of industry experience). Applicants who can demonstrate an equivalent level of skill evidenced through their commercial work experience will also be considered. Proven commercial experience within the culinary sector. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to motivate students.
Previous teaching or lecturing experience is desirable; however, if you are new to teaching, we will support you in making this exciting career change.

Successful candidates should be prepared to work towards a professional teaching qualification.
