We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team of brilliant staff as a Sales Assistant to cover the busy Christmas period at our flagship store.
If you have a confident & 'can do' attitude, love interacting with and helping people to find just the right item they need, and wish to progress your retail career, we would like to hear from you.
The position is open to candidates who have passion for retail and customer service or previous experience in a customer facing environment. The role includes:
Providing assistance and customer service throughout the store and sharing your product knowledge (regular training is provided)
Providing customer service at the till points
Following the direction of the store managers
Taking special orders for customers
Administer incoming deliveries according to Landmark procedures i.e., checking, ticketing and merchandising the deliveries
Continually replenishing stock.
Maintaining Landmark store presentation standards at all times
Answering the telephone if required
Housekeeping of the shop
Use of the POS system
We are looking for:
- up to 16 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays
- Retail experience required
