? Temporary Receptionist - Healthcare Industry! ?
Our client is a dedicated private healthcare agency in Sheffield, committed to providing exceptional patient care. They are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their dynamic team for a minimum of 3 weeks.
Position Details:

Contract Type: Temporary (Minimum 3 Weeks)

Location: Ecclesfield, Sheffield (S35)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

Pay Rate: 13.00 - 13.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

? Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour

? Handling incoming calls and managing appointments efficiently

?? Maintaining records and ensuring confidentiality at all times

? Supporting general administrative tasks to assist the team

? Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication

Requirements:

Must hold an enhanced DBS certificate

A valid driver's licence, as the office is not accessible by public transport

Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus!
