Temporary Receptionist/Admin - Education Industry?
Are you a friendly and organised individual looking to make a difference in the education sector? We are excited to announce a temporary opportunity for a Temp Admin based in HU15,Hull! ??
Location: HU15, Hull
Start Date: 3rd November - Ongoing
Hours: 8am - 4pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: 12.60 hourly rate
Enhanced DBS Required
What You'll Do:

Greeting visitors and answering phone calls with a warm and friendly demeanour ?

Assisting in the management of student records and documentation

Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

Supporting the team with scheduling and coordination of meetings ?

Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

Who You Are:

Previous experience in an administrative or reception role is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ??

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team ?

Enhanced DBS check is required

Important Note:
This is a temporary position based in HU15,Hull, and an enhanced DBS check will be required prior to employment.
