Job Description

XLCR Vehicle Management Ltd, a leading car leasing company, are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.

We are looking for confident, disciplined, and intelligent individuals with excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, while receiving full training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately inputting lead time updates into our unique system
Liaising with customers and dealers to arrange vehicle deliveries
Answering and directing general enquiry calls and emails

Chasing and collating complete delivery packs

Processing data onto our CRM system

Performing general office administrative duties as required

Person Specification:

Enthusiasm and willingness to learn - previous experience in this role is not essential
Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Honest, trustworthy, and reliable

Energetic, positive, and adaptable attitude

Organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
Punctual and committed to going the extra mile

What We Offer:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30

31 days' annual leave including bank holidays (pro-rata)

Salary - 19500- 23809.50.
