Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting stock checks as required. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
