We are currently recruiting for a Scanning Administrator to help within our Customer Services team based at Head Office, Newcastle upon Tyne.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Working with Production to ensure all orders are scanned and physically placed in the correct Manufacturing process following order input.
Upload scanned documents into our internal manufacturing system.
Various administration duties as required by the department.
As well performing the duties of the role, you will also be flexible and be expected to assist in other areas of the Department as and when required.
The candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge and behaviours:
Efficiently and accurately perform high-volume data entry for Manufacturing orders.
Attention to detail whilst being able to perform repetitive tasks.
Works to ensure a diverse and inclusive environment free from all forms of discrimination and harassment.
A self-starter is essential who will use their initiative to manage workflow and prioritise tasks.
Actively participates in team discussions and maintains a positive and collaborative attitude.
This is a temporary position anticipated to last up to 8 weeks.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
