Job Description

We require a temporary site-based key holder to oversee controlled access during ongoing minor works at a live construction / refurbishment site. Must have a CSCS and able to work from Monday 15th December until Christmas Day. Timing 8am till 6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Hold and manage site keys, ensuring secure control at all times Provide authorised access to approved contractors and trades as required Supervise access during works to ensure areas are used correctly Monitor contractor activity to ensure no damage is caused to the building, fixtures, or finishes Act as a point of contact on site for access-related queries Maintain a simple access and attendance log where required Ensure the site is left secure after each access period
Requirements:

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Experience in construction, facilities, security, or site supervision preferred Good awareness of building protection and contractor conduct Able to follow site instructions and escalate any concerns
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 9 days

Pay: 12.21 per hour
