Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalised service throughout their visit Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to during food handling and serving Assist with basic food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as required Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments accurately Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as required
