Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding products and services Assist customers with their purchases, offering personalised recommendations and upselling where appropriate Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash, card, or digital payments Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout the shift Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns to boost sales performance Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment

Skills

Strong communication skills with an ability to connect effectively with diverse customers Organised with excellent organisational skills to manage stock and merchandising tasks efficiently Good basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods Ability to upsell products tactfully to enhance customer experience and sales Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing product displays
