The Role:

We're looking for a confident, passionate Weekend Retail Assistant to represent Rouze at the Truman Brewery Market in Shoreditch.

You'll be the storyteller -- helping people taste, feel, and understand what makes Rouze so unique. From the first "what's this?" to that smile after their first bite -- you'll guide customers through the full experience.

What You'll Do:

Set up a beautiful Rouze stand that feels as premium as the product.

Engage customers in conversation -- explain how Rouze is made, the meaning of ceremonial-grade cacao, and why it's healthier than typical chocolate.

Offer tastings and describe the flavour -- smooth, rich, with notes of cherry and honey -- highlighting its mood-enhancing and wellness benefits.

Share Rouze's story: how it's designed to bring people closer, spark connection, and elevate everyday moments.

Confidently handle sales and keep the stand looking refined and welcoming throughout the day.

Who We are looking for

Outgoing, warm, and confident talking to anyone.

Passionate about premium food, wellness, or lifestyle brands.

You enjoy storytelling -- not just selling -- and can connect emotionally with customers.

Reliable, well-presented, and available on weekends (Saturday 11am - 6pm & Sunday, 10am-6pm).

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or markets is a bonus, but not essential if you've got the right energy.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
