It's an exciting time to join Northamptonshire Partnership Homes (NPH) as we expand and grow our business, whilst developing and improving existing services for our residents. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Tenancy Compliance Team at NPH on a full time (37 hours per week), on a permanent basis, as a Tenancy Compliance Officer.
The role of Tenancy Compliance Officer is to improve and support our neighbourhoods for NPH tenants, and the wider community. The role is an integral part of our housing services, providing excellent customer service as well as tackling anti-social behaviour and tenancy compliance related matters. The role is challenging but can also make a real impact on the lives of people and the place that they live.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting investigative groundwork and managing cases through to resolution.
Build strong relationships with the Police and partner agencies to provide joined up multi agency responses.
Managing housing cases from start to finish
You will also be responsible for creating case files and attending court for anti-social behaviour and compliance issues.
You will be set some challenging targets.
What skills are we looking for?
A full UK Driving Licence
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
The ability to build strong long-lasting working relationships with official bodies and the community
Excellent organisation and planning skills
A positive can-do attitude
Flexibility and the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
